Myra experienced such transformation through mindfulness and meditation practices that sharing those practices has become her passion. After completing a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course and her first yoga teacher training, Myra was inspired to learn more about the mind, body and heart connection. This inspiration lead her to completing a Master’s degree in Contemplative Education at Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado. In addition, Myra has been a practicing yogi for over a decade and is a 500 hour certified yoga teacher. She is a certified Koru Mindfulness instructor as well as a certified .b instructor. With eighteen years of teaching experience spanning four continents, she wholeheartedly believes sharing practice is a true gift that enables her to learn along side her students. A North Carolina native, she and her husband Greg, enjoy travel, music, photography, antiques, Japanese & Tibetan Culture, and Contemplative Arts, and especially their dog Roscoe.
